We are offering the following programs.
Group Coaching
A batch of students with supplementary skills will be provided cricket coaching simultaneously. THere will be bowlers, batsmen,wicketkeeps in each batch as decided by the coach. Each batch will be assisted with the support staffs such as side armor, trainer, physio and bowling machine under the supervision of the coach.
One On One Coaching
Players can avail one on one coaching with a coach to enhance their skills to a different level. One on One coaching is available to all the students and non students of RCA. This facility is chargeable for both inmates and outsiders.
Match Practice
Here at RCA we will conduct regular in house matches. Matches practice is an essential part of coaching manual. We at RCA believe that real time match simulation cant be replaced by hours of practice at nets.
Full day Program
A full day program is designed for high performance players which is available for all. This contains schedule and program for a whole day training which includes daily drills, Gym training and ice baths (if required). We will have regular Physio sessions
Summer Camp and Specialized Trainings
At RCA we will collaborate with outside renowned coaches and trainers from time to time to conduct specialized coaching camps.
Corporate Practice / Hourly Net service
At RCA we facilitate corporates to book our service on an hourly basis. They can also avail the support of the coach and side arm specialist professional players can also avail this facility as emd when they feel so.
Mental Conditioning
At RCA we believe in complete development of an athlete, Mental Conditioning is a very important aspect in this direction. We will have regular mental conditioning and personality development sessions for our students.
Dietician Consultation
To keep a healthy body and optimum fitness level diet plays a bigger role as important as daily cricket practice. So we at RCA are very much focused on this and will provide personalized dietician consultation for each player.
